2. OBLIGATORY OR VOLUNTARY NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By completing the corresponding boxes and by entering the data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or forms to be downloaded, the USER expressly accepts, freely and unequivocally, that their data is required by the provider to attend to their request, and that the provision of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are truthful and that the USER is responsible for communicating any changes to these.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs the USER that all data requested through the website are obligatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimum service to the USER. In the event that all the data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided are fully adjusted to the USER’s needs.

In accordance with that stated in the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions within the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under their responsibility and, manifestly, with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, through which the data are processed in a lawful, trustworthy and transparent manner in relation to the interests and appropriateness, pertinence and limitations according to the purposes for which they are being processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented the appropriate technical policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and they have been provided with the appropriate information to enable them to carry this out.
